wayne brustad

Wayne Brustad, is the long time owner of FPS. He originally started as a utility installation company in the early 1990’s under the name “Arrow Drilling”. Wayne and company were one of the first companies in all of Florida to perform “trenchless” installation of utilities in the state and have been involved and completed many high-profile jobs over the years. He is personally involved in FPS’ projects to ensure they are completed in a safe and timely manner implementing the highest quality of materials and workmanship with the least disruption to customers.

joshua shrock

Joshua Shrock is a well-rounded, professional with over 20 years of experience in various facets of the construction industry. After founding, building and selling a successful plumbing company, he joined FPS and leads the business development team. Joshua holds a General Contractor, Building Contractor and Plumbing Contractor license with the State of Florida and has also been a Licensed General Contractor in California & Tennessee. In the last several years he has personally qualified and managed projects ranging from $1 million dollars to $24 million dollars.

george spence

George Spence serves as a Senior Project Manager with FPS and also is an owner in the company. He has been involved in underground utilities for 17+ years and runs FPS’ crews and the day to day work in the field. George has a thorough knowledge of underground utility infrastructure and the processes and technology available to get the project complete. He has the ability to break a large project into daily/weekly/monthly tasks so that efficiencies and schedules are not only attainable, but ultimately met. His demeanor is relaxed and cool under pressure and a major asset to the team and always get the job done.
