Community water line replacement EXPERTS

We specialize in the replacement of aging potable water systems that have exceeded their useful life in existing residential communities, co-ops, mobile home parks and HOA’s. We utilize a mix of the safest, least invasive “Trenchless Technology” and traditional installation techniques available in the industry. Check out below for a listing of our services and some great resources!

pipe bursting

Pipe bursting is a trenchless method of replacing buried pipelines without the need for a traditional construction trench. Using the existing pipeline as a guide, the pipe bursting system cuts through the existing pipe while at the same time pulling a new piece of HDPE pipe into place behind it.

directional drilling

Directional Drilling is a minimal impact trenchless method of installing underground utilities such as pipe or conduit in a relatively shallow arc or radius along a prescribed underground path using a surface launched drill rig. This is useful when there is no existing pipe to guide and under road/driveway crossings.

traditional hand digging

Sometimes nothing works better than an old fashioned shovel and believe it or not, we actually install a large amount of new water pipe in the ground this way. With growing amounts of existing infrastructure in the ground (electric, plumbing, cable, fiber, irrigation, etc.), many times this is the safest way to get the new system installed. When we hand dig we can locate the mentioned infrastructure items before they are damaged and not cause damage to the community’s landscaping. We place our hand excavations on top of a tarp or landscape screening material and then backfill and re-sod each day.
